Back to School Central - SmallHelp make sure students have the supplies they need for school! The third annual Back-to-School Supply Drive is open now and ends Friday, July 25.

Greatest needs include: backpacks, notebook paper, scissors, boxes of tissue, construction paper, calculators, markers and pocket folders. Supplies and monetary donations go to LP PENCIL Box, a free school supply store for educators in Metro Schools.

You can drop off donations at these locations:

  • MNPS Central Office – 2601 Bransford Avenue
  • Martin Professional Development Center – 2400 Fairfax Ave
  • These branches of the Nashville Public Library
    • Bellevue
    • East
    • Edmondson Pike
    • Hermitage
    • Madison
    • Main Library downtown

In addition to buying supplies, you can donate virtually by going to the Pencil Foundation website. When donating online, be sure to pick “Metro Nashville Public Schools” when they ask you for a Metro department!
