Nashville community leaders honor the Blue Ribbon Teachers

Forty-seven of Metro’s best and brightest teachers gathered at the Vanderbilt University Chancellor’s Residence last Thursday for a celebration of our Blue Ribbon Teachers. Community leaders from Nashville’s Agenda and Vanderbilt – as well as honored guests Rep. Jim Cooper and his wife Martha – honored these great educators and presented them with their awards.

We owe a special thanks to everyone involved in the program and to Vanderbilt University Chancellor Nick Zeppos for hosting the reception.
