East Nashville Magnet wins cash award from the GRAMMYs

East Nashville Magnet School (the high school side) is getting a musical boost – $2,000 from the GRAMMY Foundation.

How did it happen, you ask? The GRAMMY Foundation is one of the two non-profits of The Recording Academy (the GRAMMYs) that recognizes excellence in high school music education programs. Journeys and Converse are funding a series of community awards across the country. They wanted to benefit a school in Tennessee and East Nashville is it!

What an amazing gift from the GRAMMYs. Thank you!
