Six Sigma is an approach to improving quality using a set of tools and data-driven decision making. Every participant is trained to use statistics to identify and understand causes of problems so they can be reduced or eliminated. Six Sigma is widely used in business to improve quality, including at CAT Financial.

Metro Schools participants must now apply their training to a real work problem as a condition of completing their program.
