Nashville School of the Arts students are playing three nights with the world’s most famous Irish Band at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center. The NSA Madrigal Singers join The Chieftains and the Nashville Symphony on stage this Thursday, Friday and Saturday for an “Irish extravaganza, with special appearances by the Tennessee Scots Pipe Band, the Nashville Irish Step Dancers and more.”

The Madrigal Singers are the most advanced choir at NSA and have performed and recorded all over town.

This is the 50th anniversary tour for The Chieftains, and NSA Madrigals director Walter Bitner says his students are proud to take part. What a great opportunity for these young musicians. Tickets are on sale now on the Symphony’s website.
